Global Blue Tax Refund - The only tax refund point in Vienna's first district is based directly in STEFFL.
1. Shopping
To receive your refund immediately, present your stamped tax-free form, passport and credit card at the Global Blue customer service desk or at a refund point of a Global Blue partner. Your refund can be paid in cash or credited back to your credit card.
2. Stamp
Upon departure from Austria to a non-EU country, please declare your purchases and present your tax-free form and passport to customs, where your form will be stamped. If you travel within the EU, your form only requires stamping upon departure from the last EU member country you visit.
3. Redeem
To receive your refund immediately, present your stamped tax-free form, passport and credit card at the Global Blue customer service desk or at a refund point of a Global Blue partner. Your refund can be paid in cash or credited back to your credit card.
