Our master tailor and couturier will personally ensure you a perfect fit. What doesn't fit is made to fit – in the quickest possible time. Of course that also applies to clothes that weren’t purchased from STEFFL. Our tailor and his team await you on the first floor.

Private Shopping

To experience the art of perfect styling, take advantage of our very special Personal Shopper service.

We are happy to arrange an appointment for you with your own personal advisor in any of the following departments: District 1, the 6th Floor, Women's Designer Emporium, Men's World or the Accessories Department.

Tax Refund by Global Blue

No waiting at the airport, no queuing at the railway station.

The only tax refund point in the first district is based directly in STEFFL. Global Blue allows travellers from non-EU countries to make their purchases even more worthwhile. With the tax-free shopping service non-EU citizens can claim back up to 15% of their money spent in three easy steps. (Applies to a minimum amount of 75.01€ spent per shop per day).

Gift Vouchers

Are you still on the lookout for the perfect present but struggling for ideas?

Then look no further than the third floor, where gift vouchers can be purchased from our service centre. Vouchers can be redeemed in all STEFFL stores and can be posted nationwide throughout Austria. Order them today by emailing: office@steffl-vienna.at or simply collect them next time you visit. We look forward to seeing you!
