As an independent, family-run company, STEFFL Department Store sees itself as a host that preserves Viennese charm for an international audience while simultaneously shaping the future of brick-and-mortar retail.

 

The company is led by CCO Johanna Elisabeth Schmid, who has played a significant role in shaping the department store for years and brings extensive international experience, and CEO Thomas Hahn, who contributes profound retail expertise. Together, they combine operational excellence with creative vision—writing the next chapter of a Viennese original.
