The STEFFL App. In a new look.

To log in to the new STEFFL App, please use the same login credentials as on our website.

If you have not changed your password since our website relaunch in June, you will first need to activate your STEFFL account.

Here's how it works:

1. Open the STEFFL App and select “Sign Up Now”.
2. On the next screen, select “Log In”.
3. Enter your registered email address and any password.
4. Tap “Login”.
5. You will then receive an email with a link to activate your account.
6. Follow the instructions in the email and set a new password.

You can then log in to the STEFFL App using your email address and new password.

Please note: The email is usually delivered immediately. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Please also check your spam folder.

If you haven't received an email, the email address you entered may not match the one registered in our system.

For security reasons, the password reset process does not indicate whether an email address is registered in our system.

In this case, please contact our Customer Service team so we can verify the email address associated with your account and assist you with logging in.
