What happens during the appointment?

You will be personally welcomed and advised in a relaxed and private atmosphere. Based on the information you provide in advance, we prepare a selection of outfits especially for you. During the appointment: You try on different looks We refine and adjust styles together Additional pieces can be added if desired Outfits are recombined to create new looks Our goal is to create a cohesive, wearable look in which you feel completely confident and comfortable.

Do you offer styling for special occasions?

Yes, absolutely. Whether for a gala, wedding, business event, holiday, or any special personal occasion, we will create an outfit that reflects your style and perfectly suits the event. Personal Shopping is also ideal for special moments – for example, as a stylish gift for family members, partners, or friends.

Is there a fee for Personal Shopping?

We currently offer this service free of charge.

How long does a Personal Shopping appointment last?

Appointments usually last between 1 and 2 hours , depending on the occasion, scope, and your individual consultation needs.

How much notice is required to book a Personal Shopping appointment?

We require 24 hours’ notice prior to your Personal Shopping appointment in order to prepare a selection of looks tailored specifically to your preferences and needs.

We welcome you to STEFFL with a pre-selected wardrobe waiting in your dedicated Personal Shopping fitting room. In a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by refreshments and light snacks, you can try on a curated selection chosen by our styling experts.

3) CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE LOOKS

Select your favourite pieces or refine your looks together with your personal stylist. If required, our in-house tailoring service can make alterations quickly and conveniently.
